CBSE trainings are held to improve the knowledge, skills, and abilities of teachers to meet the changing needs of their students and the education system. Regular class observations are The program focused on various areas, including curriculum development, pedagogy, assessment, classroom management, and technology integration.

Classroom observations are organised by the Head of the school to support teacher and monitor the quality of teaching and learning which enable us to recognise and reinforce good practice, to identify ways of improving teaching and learning and to highlight practice which ought to be shared more widely. It contributes directly to the quality of pupils’ learning and experience in school.

Regular safety walks are conducted to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
