Veda Vyasa D.A.V Public School hosted its highly anticipated event "Aarohan 2022-23" - The Annual Prize Distribution, dedicated to honoring and felicitating the Academic Achievers of classes VI to XII. The prestigious ceremony took place in the esteemed presence of Mr. Rajvir Singh, Deputy Director of Education, District West B, as the chief guest. Ms. Manju Malik, the manager of the school, also graced the occasion as the guest of honor.
The program commenced with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp, symbolizing wisdom and knowledge, followed by an enthralling display of Swar Samagam - a fusion of Indian and Western Music. The audience was captivated by the mesmerizing motivational dance performance titled "Khwaisheyn," leaving a rejuvenating effect on everyone present. However, the highlight of the show was the ballet performance titled 'युग पुरुष स्वामी दयानंद सरस्वती' which left an indelible mark on the hearts of all attendees.
Mrs. Shalini Arora, the Principal of the school, shared the notable achievements of the institution and took the opportunity to congratulate the meritorious students for the exemplary academic performance. She encouraged them to continue their pursuit of greater success in life, urging them not to rest on their laurels.
The moment of recognition arrived as Mr. Rajvir Singh, joined by Mrs. Manju Malik and Mrs. Shalini Arora, presented the prizes to the academic achievers. The proud parents of the achievers were present to witness this memorable occasion and extended their congratulations. Mr. Rajvir Singh, the chief guest, commended the hard work and dedication of the diligent students, imparting words of wisdom and motivating them to strive for the pinnacle of success in their lives.
Mrs. Manju Malik, the guest of honor, conveyed her best wishes and blessed the achievers, urging them to approach all future endeavors with sincerity and dedication.
The Vote of thanks was delivered by Mrs. Kavita Dewan, Supervisory Head of the senior wing, who expressed sincere gratitude to all the esteemed guests and parents for taking the time to witness the grand show. She extended heartfelt appreciation to the entire creative team, both on and off the stage, whose relentless effort contributed to the resounding success of the program

The program culminated with the captivating rendition of our national anthem in the eloquent language of signs. This inclusive performance by special students fostered understanding and appreciation for our diverse society.
